An Ericeira surf school running since 2012, with lessons for every level across the town's beaches, plus board and wetsuit rental and a shop in the centre.
Activity Surf Center has operated out of central Ericeira since 2012, on Rua de Santo Antonio a couple of streets back from the harbour. Lessons run for every level in groups of five or six, and the coaches move between the town's beaches - Praia do Sul, Sao Sebastiao, Foz do Lizandro - depending on the day, since the Ericeira reefs are too much for a first session.
Alongside lessons they rent boards and wetsuits, run a surf shop and organise boat and fishing trips. English is spoken.
