The content

Listings, spot guides and event details are compiled and edited by hand and offered in good faith, but conditions, prices, opening hours and event dates change. Nothing here is a guarantee. Check directly with a business or organiser before you rely on anything, and use your own judgement about the ocean, which is dangerous.

Listings and endorsement

A business appearing in the directory is not an endorsement, a recommendation of safety, or a statement that it is licensed or insured. Businesses are listed on editorial merit and can ask to be removed. Where wavesdays has a commercial arrangement with a listed business, that is stated on the listing.

External links

wavesdays links to third-party websites (schools, organisers, booking platforms). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their bookings, or what happens after you leave wavesdays.

Intellectual property

The wavesdays name, layout and original editorial text are ours. Do not republish the spot guides or scrape the directory wholesale. Business names, logos and event names belong to their owners.

Liability

wavesdays is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
